Convos:
TeamXP supports meaningful team conversation through our unique Convos. Convos are interactive, on-demand videos that replicate a professionally facilitated session.
Convos are carefully designed to do the heavy lifting by providing both structure and choice so teams know what to do and can customize their experience. All without a live facilitator, making it easy to scale and implement across the organization.
We are in beta test.
Currently, TeamXP is piloting Convos with partner organizations. We are building toward a soft launch offering to be publically available by the end of September 2024.
